Katy Barrell
Katy Barrell, born in 1966 at Freedom Fields, grew up on a dairy farm on the North Cornwall Coast, where the landscape became second nature to her. She studied art at Half Acre, Boscastle, and Falmouth School of Art, earning a BA Hons Degree from Bradford and Ilkley School of Art and Design. While teaching in various schools, she continued painting and exhibiting. Her work, inspired by the land and its stories, is held in collections across the UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, California, Canada, and Australia.

Jessica Cooper
Jessica Cooper RWA is one of Cornwall’s leading contemporary artists. Having recently returned from LA, Jessica is back in Cornwall where she has lived and worked for most of her life. Beginning her studies at Falmouth School of Art, she later graduated from Goldsmith’s College, London. Jessica is both a Royal West of England Academian and a member of Newyln Society of Artists. Her work is exhibited nationally and internationally on a regular basis, most notably at the RWA, Tate St Ives and the New York art fair. “I fell in love with Jess’s work back in 2015 in a gallery in Bath. Kerry Douglas
Kerry Duggan, who studied Fine Art at the University of Edinburgh, now resides and works in Gloucestershire. There, she not only practices oil painting but also teaches it. Her cloud paintings explore the fleeting and ethereal beauty of the sky, capturing the way changing clouds influence the mood of the landscape below. Kerry has exhibited her work extensively throughout the UK, including at The Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions. For nearly 25 years, she has made annual visits to the Isles of Scilly with her family.

David Stamp
David works from his studio in Praia Sands. He is a self taught artist having started using watercolour but now primarily uses oil and mixed media. His style of work varies from abstract to representational pieces and he has a strong focus on creating texture, together with bold colour in his paintings. Having lived in Cornwall for most of his life, David has spent most of his working life on, under or about the sea. David has developed a real understanding of the ocean and the Cornish coastline. His work reflects his own interpretation and beliefs regarding the changes to the county throughout each season. David was previously a member of the St Ives RNLI crew as well as a skipper himself.
